Midtown Parapet and Cornice

A Midtown building whose parapet carries a bracketed terracotta cornice. Both were photographed at close range from the air, with nobody on the roof edge, and the imagery was dated and organized by location so the inspector can find and reference any part of the run.

What Was Captured

  • Street-facing surfaces of the parapet, its coping and joints
  • The cornice attached to the parapet, an appurtenance under Local Law 126
  • Every image dated and organized by location on the building
